Commission payment for your individual online bookings
All approved travel agencies which make individual online bookings
at a qualifying rate (i.e. rack rates only) at any of our properties receive a
commission of 15 %.
All bookings made through our web site are fully guaranteed.
Please note that we do not pay commission on any discounted tariff. All commissions
are paid latest one month after your client's departure by money transfer to a bank
account within Spain or by WPS abroad.
We do not accept any vouchers for online bookings unless otherwise
confirmed as the payment for accommodation has to be settled in full upon arrival
by your client. He or she can pay by cash (in any currency), credit card (VISA,
Master, Eurocard or Maestro/Switch) or traveller´s cheque. However, we do not accept
any personal cheques.
How can you make a reservation for your clients by our booking system?

carefully, before you get started!

IATA offices just need to insert their IATA code where the system asks for an
access code!

NON-IATA offices need to insert NON-IATA where the system asks for an access code!
- Then click the grey button "Continue" and wait a moment until the next window pops up.

IATA offices: All the existing agency IATA codes (about 130 000 worldwide) have been
loaded in the software. As a consequence, an agency that enters its IATA code in the
identification screen of the booking interface, is automatically recognized by the system.
On the booking page, all the fields (company, address, telephone, etc…) that concern this
agency are filled up.
- The IATA agency needs only to enter the customer's name and first name
as well as the correct e-mail address of the agency. Please pay particular attention to
your e-mail address, as correct information is vital for the booking confirmation and
personal reservation number. A simple typing error in your e-mail address will cause
that you will never receive any confirmation from us! On the bottom of this booking
page, the agency will be able to see its commission rate. On the last page of the
reservation process, the exact amount of the commission will be displayed.
- Then click the grey button "Continue" and wait a moment until the next
window pops up showing you a summary of your booking.
- Just follow the indicated steps to finish it.

first name) and of your agency, paying particular attention to your e-mail address,

All official travel agencies which make individual bookings by e-mail, fax,
telephone or post(rack rates only) at any of our properties receive a
commission of 10 %.

You need to book more than three rooms?
Currently, our online reservation system only allows three rooms to
be booked per reservation. If you need more than three rooms, you can make multiple
reservations. For bookings requiring seven or more rooms, group discounts may be

Systems?
Now the Florida Centre - Hotel & Apartments is also bookable
via Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre and Worldspan, the most important
GDS - Global Distribution Systems.
