There are different ways you can book a room, a studio or an apartment at Florida
Centre - Hotel & Apartments in Ibiza. We propose trying our easy to use online
booking service which will save you time. And we know our special discounts for
online reservations will save you money, too.
We recommend this version, if you
- want to check only whether the desired accommodation is still vacant for a
special date or period
- want to check the total cost of your stay
- want to make a binding booking of the desired accommodation directly and expect
to receive an instant confirmation
This system is operational 365 days a year and 24 hours a day for you. In real time it
offers online information on availability as well as all tariffs, special promotions and
last minute deals. In less than five minutes you can book a room or arrange the rent
of an apartment - without the necessity to call or to send requests. Our confirmation
will be in your mail box within a few seconds! Check it out!
If you are in a hurry, or if know our online booking system already
and want to get started immediately, we recommend to use
EXPRESS RESERVATIONS.
On this page you will find a new short-cut for your bookings
on the left below the navigation bar. You just need to insert your
date of arrival, the nights of your stay and the number of people who
shall share the same room. After clicking the button "Check Availability" you will
see all available tariffs (including all special offers) for the selected
date of arrival.

ONLINE: Availability check and booking in real time
In any case you should read the following notes carefully, before you continue with the booking!
- If you select rack rates, you have the possibility to book without any
restriction. However, in this section all bookings will be calculated with our
rack rates (i.e.: more expensive). This tariff is recommended for a stay
of just one night. We cannot grant any discount later upon arrival, if the
booking was made with rack rates!
- If you select any other tariff, you have the possibility to book with
the indicated restriction. In this section all bookings will be calculated
with the indicated discount on our rack rates. In this case the system will check
availability for a booking at the chosen special tariff. The discounted tariff
will be calculated, displayed and confirmed automatically. Please remember that
most of these tariffs are subject to some restrictions (e.g. minimum stay, deadline
for booking etc.) or are available during certain periods only!
- Currently, our online reservation system only allows three rooms to
be booked per reservation. If you need more than three rooms, you can make multiple
reservations. For bookings requiring seven or more rooms, group discounts may be

Fill in all the personal data fields required for identification, paying
particular attention to your e-mail address, as correct information is vital
for the booking confirmation and personal reservation number. A simple typing
error in your e-mail address will cause that you will never receive any confirmation
from us! And the confirmation will be sent immediately and automatically as
soon as you have validated your booking.

How and when do I pay for my reservation?
All reservations require a valid credit card guarantee at time of booking.
Our reservation system uses secure-socket-layer (SSL) encryption, the standard
encryption on the Internet. This encryption allows our users to feel confident
and secure about supplying their credit card and personal information.
Please note: No payment is taken from your credit or debit card at the time
of booking!
The payment for accommodation has to be settled in full upon arrival.
You can pay by cash (in any currency), credit card (VISA, Master, Eurocard or
Maestro/Switch) or traveller´s cheque. Please note: We do not accept any personal cheques.
How can you make a reservation if you do not want to use our
online booking system?
At all our properties the majority of the individual reservations are made by our
online booking system as it is easy to use and secure. However, still some guests
do not trust in modern technology.
That is why you also can still book by e-mail, fax or telephone, although such
bookings can only be confirmed at rack rates, i.e. you do not benefit from any of
the special discounted tariffs of the online booking system! We recommend this
alternative only, if you
- prefer to contact us before you can proceed with your online
booking in real time
- have detailed questions and need a non-standard response or
more information before you can proceed with your online booking
in real time
- want to make a special reservation (e.g. groups) and wish to
receive first a detailed quote from us before you can proceed with
your booking
- face any technical problem with our online booking system
Please note: We do NOT respond to any standard questions if
the answer can be found easily on this web site! (Example: "How
much do I have to pay for a room in August?")

Important information for guests travelling on night flights (e.g. to and from U.K. or Ireland)
Please keep in mind that the standard check-in-time is 4.00 p.m. of the booked and confirmed day of arrival, if no prior arrangements have been made.
We strongly recommend all guests who are travelling on night flights to also book the preceding night!
Example: You leave your home country on Friday evening and the flight arrives in Ibiza on Saturday in the early morning hours at 1.00 a.m.; according to international hotel rules and procedures you cannot check-in before Saturday afternoon, if the unit is confirmed for Saturday! However, if you book in advance your room for Friday, we shall make it possible for you to check-in immediately at night (without waiting so many hours). And in case you leave on a night flight and you do not want to check-out by 12.00 noon on the day of your departure, you should also make a reservation for the following night as there is no courtesy room available!
If you are travelling on night flights and wish to book the preceding night for immediate check-in, please enter the exact date of the preceding night in the reservation system!
