The Florida Centre - Hotel & Appartements is situated only a three minutes walk
away from the West End, home to the town's greatest concentration of bars and cafes,
and an eight minutes walk away from the famous sunset coast home to the world-famous
Café del Mar, Mambo, Savannah, Sugar Sea, Coastline, Sun Sea and Kanya.
One of the best-known areas of San Antonio is the Sunset Strip, a vibrant if somewhat
packed location for sunset views accompanied by chillout beats. It stretches along the
seafront between Carrer del General Balanzat and Carrer de Cervantes, and is nowadays
filled with numerous sunset bars and tourists seeking the ideal lookout on summer evenings.
You'd be hard-pressed to find any other Mediterranean getaway that offers all of nature's
most beautiful elements in one place, which is why we suggest getting there early enough
to get a great view. This is perfect for anyone who merely wants to sit back and appreciate
the beauty of sunset and not be bothered by anything else.
The West End is far more hectic, and really comes alive after sunset. Centred around
Carrer Santa Agnes, San Antonio’s West End is where it all (quite literally) hangs out
every evening during the summer. There are almost no buildings in the area that are
not bars, and they all cater for the tourists. It serves as the ideal starting point for a
night's clubbing.
But please, don't drink and drive! We recommend to take the dusk-to-dawn disco bus,
which makes a continuous circuit between the major nightclubs. Hop on board Ibiza's
preferred method of transportation, the booming mini-club on wheels that serves
club-hoppers moving around all night.
