If you select any of the deals or other promotions, you have the possibility to book special (discounted) tariffs with special conditions. Most of these tariffs are available during certain periods only or are subject to restrictions like minimum stay, deadline for booking etc.! Group Tariff
Currently, our online reservation system only allows three rooms to be booked per reservation. If you need more than three rooms, you can make multiple reservations. For bookings requiring seven or more rooms, group discounts may be available. To inquire about group rates, please send us an e-mail.


General Terms and Conditions

  • Most offers and special tariffs are calculated on basis of a percental discount which has to be deducted from the official rack rates published on this page.
  • All offers and special tariffs include 8% V.A.T., maid's cleaning, weekly change of bed-linen and daily change of towels.
  • A guest who wants to book an offer or at a special tariff must designate it at time of reservation.
  • An offer or special tariff may not be combined with any other discount or promotional rate at the same time.
  • Some offers and special tariffs are subject to restrictions (e.g. minimum stay, period of application, method of payment, availability of rooms, eligibility of applicant etc.).
  • Reservations involving offers or special tariffs can only be processed by our Internet web site, not through travel agencies, tour operators, global distribution systems, central reservation systems or other travel suppliers.
  • All offers and special tariffs are valid from February 1st, 2011 and are subject to change without prior notice.
