1. Reservations and special tariffs for employees of travel agencies and personnel of airlines

ibizotels-professional is our programme with big discounts made for all travel professionals. We created this special offer for you that from now on you do not have to contemplate the island only from above or from a distance. It makes it much easier to meet us and to discover our island! IBZ is within easy reach of most European airports on charter flights and offers likewise frequent daily flights on Iberia (IB), Air Europa (UX) and Spanair/Aebal (JK) to and from BCN, MAD, VLC or PMI all year round. ibizotels-professional is applicable for all personnel of your travel agency or airline (counter, administration, cabin, cockpit, maintenance etc.) and their companions, subject to room availability and a minimum stay of two nights.

This special promotion is available all year round and we grant you an interesting discount of X% on our rack rates. In peak season the discount is much lower then in low season...

2. Reservations for individual clients made by travel agencies and the commission payment

All approved travel agencies which make individual online bookings for their clients through the reservation system of our web site at a qualifying rate (i.e. rack rates only) at any of our properties receive a commission of 15 %. All bookings made on our web site are fully guaranteed.

Please note that we do not pay commission on any discounted tariff. All commissions are paid latest one month after your client's departure by money transfer to a bank account within Spain or by WPS abroad.

We do not accept any vouchers for online bookings unless otherwise confirmed as the payment for accommodation has to be settled in full upon arrival by your client. He or she can pay by cash (in any currency), credit card (VISA, Master, Eurocard or Maestro/Switch) or traveller´s cheque. However, we do not accept any personal cheques.

How can you make a reservation for your clients by our booking system?

However, in any case you should read the following notes carefully, before you get started!

IATA offices just need to insert their IATA code where the system asks for an access code!
NON-IATA offices need to insert NON-IATA where the system asks for an access code!

Then click the grey button "Check Availabilities" and wait a moment until the next window pops up.

IATA offices: All the existing agency IATA codes (about 130 000 worldwide) have been loaded in the software. As a consequence, an agency that enters its IATA code in the identification screen of the booking interface, is automatically recognized by the system. On the booking page, all the fields (company, address, telephone, etc…) that concern this agency are filled up.
- The IATA agency needs only to enter the customer's name and first name as well as the correct e-mail address of the agency. Please pay particular attention to your e-mail address, as correct information is vital for the booking confirmation and personal reservation number. A simple typing error in your e-mail address will cause that you will never receive any confirmation from us! On the bottom of this booking page, the agency will be able to see its commission rate. On the last page of the reservation process, the exact amount of the commission will be displayed.
- Then click the grey button "Continue" and wait a moment until the next window pops up showing you a summary of your booking.
- Just follow the indicated steps to finish it.

NON-IATA offices: All NON-IATA agencies need to fill in all the personal data fields required for identification of your client (i.e. customer's name and first name) and of your agency, paying particular attention to your e-mail address, as correct information is vital for the booking confirmation and personal reservation number. A simple typing error in your e-mail address will cause that you will never receive any confirmation from us!

- Just follow the indicated steps to finish it.

You need to book more than three rooms?

Currently, our online reservation system only allows three rooms to be booked per reservation. If you need more than three rooms, you can make multiple reservations. How can you make a reservation for your clients by e-mail, fax, telephone or post?

All official travel agencies which make individual bookings by e-mail, fax, telephone or post (rack rates only) at any of our properties receive a commission of 10 %.

Please note that we do not pay commission on any discounted tariff. All commissions are paid latest one month after your client's departure by money transfer to a bank account within Spain or by WPS abroad.

4. Reservations via GDS - Global Distribution Systems

Now three of our properties are also bookable via Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre and Worldspan, the most important GDS - Global Distribution Systems. Please find below the GDS codes of these properties.

All approved travel agencies which make bookings by GDS at any of these properties receive a commission of 8%.
